Coaching for Change Agents

Our approach to change is that it starts with you. Being a Change Agent is not about knowing everything but about asking the right questions.

Coaching for Change Agents is relevant to executives, managers, aspiring leaders, initiative takers or anyone who wants to facilitate change within their context or professional roles.

We look at your goals and aspirations first. From there we create a map of where we need to go and design a pathway for getting there.

Our method is dialogic and collaborative. You bring relevant topics, questions, concerns and successes to the table and we work with those to help us facilitate the process of change that you have identified.

Our sessions are between one and two hours long. We normally offer a package of 10 sessions initially before we review and decide on next steps. The aim is that we co-create a custom made ‘toolbox’ that you can use for life.
