Crossfields Institute has three main areas of activity.

(1) Programme Development Department

The Programme Development Department works with organisations and individuals to develop and design new awards and qualifications. This department manages the process of writing up programme material into an educational format, producing quality assurance documents, and researching and embedding the relevant national standards and criteria.

(2) Quality and Accreditation

The Quality and Accreditation department is responsible for the setting and upholding standards of all Crossfields Institute Qualifications delivered at all centres. This department manages quality assurance, assessment, learner registration and certification and complaints, and works to ensure that a qualification is accredited to the highest possible standards.

(3) Education and Training

Crossfields Institute also has an Education and Training Department, which specialises in delivering a range of courses on Management, Quality Assurance and Training. Please refer to our dedicated page for information and a list of our courses.
