Organisational affiliation: £350 per year

Affiliated organisations of Crossfields Institute are entitled to:

  • State professional membership of Crossfields Institute on all published material
  • A free consultation on how your organisation may best utilise affiliation with the Institute
  • Be automatically added to our networking portfolio
  • Kept informed of events and Institute news
  • A discount to a member of staff at all events

Individual affiliation: £25 per year

Affiliated individuals of Crossfields Institute are entitled to

  • A free consultation on how you may benefit from being affiliated with us
  • Kept informed of events and Institute news
  • A discount to a member of staff at all events

Indicative rates for commission work

Please note that these are guideline rates only and will be considered in light of the individual commission. Travel and accommodation is not included in the below indicative rates.

  • First visit and consultation (hosted at the Crossfields Institute office) is free
  • All correspondence (skype/phone/email) is free of charge (part of the aftercare package)
  • Meetings (up to 2 hours) at the Crossfields Institute office are free for affiliates (part of the aftercare package)
  • Visit to the affiliated learning organisation, per full day: £350 (with an additional £50 for a 24 hour visit – applicable to places of more than 3 hours away from Stroud)
  • Research and reports: £200
  • One-off commission including research, 1 on site visit, report and aftercare: £1,500
  • Longer term commissions and annual commitment will be costed separately. A guideline figure for a 12 months commitment including programme, quality assurance and award design is £7,000. This fee does not include additional consultancy or accreditation/validation costs incurred by other agencies.

Learner Registration Fees

The  learner fees we charge to our approved centres relate to the volume of learning on the qualification and are as follows:

[1] The ‘value’ assigned to Crossfields Institute units is a measure of the average time required to achieve the learning outcomes to the standard determined by the assessment criteria. In the Crossfields Institute value scheme the value ’1′ denotes 10 notional learning hours. The Crossfields Institute value scheme is subject to internal validation by Crossfields Institute and is not regulated under Edexcel Assured.
