Introduction
This programme enables individuals to develop management and leadership skills. Achieved by exploring and expanding their own strengths and weaknesses; through recognising and connecting to the resources available in themselves and their environment; and through directing their own work and that of their team in a purposeful and effective delivery. This programme has been developed in three-way cooperation between two highly experienced management and leadership trainers, a dynamic, value-based organisation eager to challenge and deepen the management and leadership skills of its staff, and a professional accrediting institute.
Programme content
Leadership is about motivating people to bring out their best. Management is about organising people so they can deliver their best efficiently. You will learn about the latest ideas and best practices in management and leadership. There is the opportunity to try out some of these practices and be facilitated in bringing them into play in your organisation and network.
The programme will introduce you to effective ways of setting objectives and solving problems, developing a solution-focused approach to your work, connecting your work to the specific vision and values of your organisation, facilitating continuous improvement in your team, and deepening your strengths while working on your weaknesses.
Assessment methods will include essays, written descriptions, oral presentations, facilitated exercises, and portfolio development.

- Working with Human Resource Policies

Entry requirements: 2-3 years work experience, some management experience
