Tourmaline Leadership provides a fresh approach to training that enables organisations and communities to better fulfil their mission and purpose through the creative development of their people. This approach is based on a threefold understanding of the human being and society.

In practice this means our trainings address the individual aspirations of the learner, their capacities to be an effective collaborator and colleague, and their practical skills in leadership and management. Our aim is to bring about an alignment and synergy between the vision and values of each person and their particular organisation.

George Perry, MSc

George is a client-centred facilitator and trainer specialising in accompanying individuals and organisations through times of change. This involves the design of holistic learning and development activities for teams and acting as an ongoing coach for individuals. George also has wide experience in conflict resolution. As a consultant and trainer, he has over 20 years experience serving a wide range of educational, commercial, and third sector organisations.

Eric Kaufmann, Certified Progress Coach     

Eric is a solution-focused coach working with leaders, managers, teams and organisations to achieve sustainable success. Eric is a dynamic and experienced trainer, having co-created and co-facilitated the Northern Leadership Training in Scandinavia and Finland; and the Heart Leadership and the Transformative Leadership and Management training in the UK together with George. Eric works with privately held companies, third-sector organisations and public agencies in northern Europe, the UK and North America.
