To join Crossfields Institute please first of all complete and submit this application form. Upon receiving the form we will respond with a welcome email and a confirmation that the application has been accepted. Unless other financial arrangements have been agreed or additional services requested, please forward the relevant fee (as below) on a cheque written out to 'Crossfields Institute'.
